Return Eligibility
You may return products under the following conditions:
- Products are damaged or defective upon delivery
- Wrong items were delivered
- Products are expired or near expiry
- Return request is made within 24 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods)
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Personal care items that have been opened
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Take photos of damaged or defective items
- Keep products in original packaging
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement for damaged or defective items. Replacements will be delivered at no additional cost.
